Chair Yoga: A class is for anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of getting up and down from the floor. Chair yoga is one of the most gentle forms of yoga and is an excellent option for people who are looking for a safe, satisfying form of movement.
Mama & Baby: Spend time with other parents with babies while enhancing your health and mood at the same time! Gentle yoga can boost energy and spirits—and help to strengthen the physical, emotional, and spiritual bonds between mother and babe. Prenatal: Inside each expecting mama is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands the process of birth. This class is designed to help expecting mamas reconnect with this wisdom as they move through their pregnancy journey. Yoga is one of the best ways to prepare for birth and this special class weaves childbirth education and practical suggestions for alleviating common pregnancy discomforts into each session. Restorative with Reiki: Give yourself permission to slow down. Restorative yoga is an excellent way to relax and renew body and mind, heal on multiple levels, and get centered. Vinyasa—Gentle Flow: This gentle flow offers a slower-paced practice and is ideal for students who desire more detailed instruction. Sequences are gentler and allow practitioners to stretch and strengthen while focusing on learning about optimal alignment and to be less physically challenging than other vinyasa classes.
Vinyasa: Vinyasa Yoga cultivates awareness through the combination of movement in the body connected with conscious breathing. This practice provides a well rounded approach to maintaining health in the body working on strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and the ability to focus.
Women's Yoga: Gather with other women for a very special and sacred practice. This class is designed to uniquely support women in opening in body, mind, and heart. Themes are designed to tap into seasonal influences and are infused with a devotional tone, focused on cultivating breath, awareness, and a deep sense of self love and appreciation.
Yoga For All Bodies/Bigger Bodies: This class utilizes a safe, fun, body-positive environment to welcome students of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels to yoga. Although students do not have to be a specific size to attend, this class pays special attention to offering accommodations and modifications for individuals with larger bodies.
