A Note from Jacqui: It is my total honor to hold the Sacred Seeds Yoga School 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program in Maine again in 2018. This program will be taught with two of my strongest teachers: Erica Magro Cahill and Katie Beane. The three of us will guide you through a truly transformational experience!

Program Description:
This 200hr training will include intense study of asana (postures), pranayama, chanting, mantra,
meditation and other traditional yoga techniques. Also included in this training:
You will spend a significant amount of time practice teaching, receiving feedback, and observing others teaching. You will also spend time assisting, with a requirement of non-contact hours of journaling, preparing a short paper and presentation, and observing classes outside of training weekends. Reading assignments will also play an important role in your self study.
In order to become a powerful, well-equipped teacher, you MUST be dedicated to your training, your practice, your reading and your study. This program meets the Yoga Alliance requirements to be 200 hour certified teacher under Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. Read more about Sacred Seeds Yoga School on Yoga Alliance

- Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting, and instruction
- An exploration of various styles of yoga, the qualities of a teacher,
the business of yoga, and the student experience - Human physical anatomy and physiology, and energetic anatomy and physiology
- Benefit, contraindications, and healthy movement patterns will be explored,
as well as injury and modifications - Yoga philisophy, yoga lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers
